Circus Jam and Learn with Skinny
Circus arts or flow arts are my passion in life. I have a lot of props and a lot of skills. And since I’m here, I might as well share them don’t ya think?
Come learn something new, or something you’re trying to improve on. Or maybe teach me something new! Let’s play!!!
Skinny is a professional circus artist and clown. He studied clowning at the Manitoulin Conservatory for Creation Performance and has traveled across the West Coast to find friendly colleagues to learn new circus tricks.
He is now a world toured street performer and artist within Calgary’s Le Cirque de la Nuit.

Sing, Song, Sign With Kavita
This playful early-years class follows the familiar EPL Sing, Song, Sign format for children ages 0–5 and their caregivers. We move through a flexible, engaging routine that blends music, movement, and simple signs to support early communication and connection.
The class includes a clean-up song, hello and name songs, prop games, story time, and high-energy favourites like Zum Zum Zoo, Sticky Sticky Bubble Gum, and Siesta Fiesta song. Depending on the group, we may add a parachute popcorn game, a dance party, bubbles, and a fun goodbye song to wrap up.
Kids are welcome to come and go at any time, participate however they like, and take breaks as needed. The atmosphere is relaxed and no-pressure—whether children are dancing wildly, watching quietly, or joining in for just one song, they’re all doing it right.

Afterward, there will be an optional check-in where participants can share their experiences. The teas used in our ceremonies are “living teas,” meaning they are seed-propagated and grown without pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers (including organic ones). The tea ceremony serves as a communal experience that fosters connection among participants, creating a shared space of silence and openness. Regardless of individual backgrounds, everyone comes together to cultivate a sense of unity and mindfulness. This collective experience allows participants to take the richness of the ceremony into their homes and other environments, enhancing their daily lives.
